The NT Labs Barley Straw Pouch (single) is an effective, natural and chemical free way to treat the dreaded pond blanket weed. Each pouch is suitable for ponds up to 3500 Lts (800 Galls). The Barley straw pouch works by slowly decomposing into the water and releasing natural chemicals that inhibit the growth of the blanket week. Each pouch takes approximately 28 days to start working and should be replaced after 6 months. Start off your replacement pouch 1 month before replacing the original pouch. Best pouch works best by submerging in the pond water close to a flow of water.
