Wayside Water Gardens stock the most comprehensive range of coldwater fish in the north of England. Being specialists we can supply:- Koi carp, mirror carp, albino grass carp, comet goldfish, shubunkins, sarassa comets, golden and blue orfe, golden rudd, green and golden tench, sturgeon and sterlets and many more all in several sizes.

Wayside purchase coldwater fish from fish farms all over the world, Japan, Israel, Malaysia, China, Thailand and Germany. Most of our larger koi are individually hand selected by ourselves from thousands of quality fish.

We also have some of the finest facilities for quarantining and retailing the fish. 12 systems totalling 16,400 galls (74,620 Ltrs) purely for quarantine, and systems totalling 7,000galls (31,850Ltrs) for retailing. All fish go through a rigorous course of treatment to ensure that they are clean and in the best possible condition before sale. Because of this we are able to offer (on all fish) a 7day guarantee, which we believe to be unique within the trade.


INDOOR COLDWATER FISH
Wayside Water Gardens also stock a selection of fancy coldwater fish. Typical examples are:- Orandas, Moors, Bubble Eyes, Lion Heads, Butterfly Tails, Ryukins and Pearl Scales. Although many varieties are kept all year round, our best assortment can be seen during the winter months.

To compliment our fish we also stock aquariums from 12"- 48", wooden cabinets, stands and a comprehensive range of accessories.
